This website only collects personal information that is necessary for the function of site activities.

		Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address) and unique identifiers (like their authorised member username). We can only collect personal information via our website with your consent as you must click on a button provided on each web page to submit information to our website. We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. 		We have an online job application form that collects personal information about potential employees. The information collected helps us to understand the skills and experience of the people applying. 9. transborder data flows
DDSN will only transfer personal information about an individual to someone (other than the organisation or the individual) who is in a foreign country if the individual consents to the transfer.

The DDSN website will not collect information that is deemed sensitive.

Sensitive information encompasses information or opinion about an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, sexual preferences or practices, criminal record or health information about an individual.

secure financial transactions
We use the Camtech E-Commerce Merchant Server to secure financial transactions with the National Australia Bank in real time via the Australian Financial Network. Due to the use of this technology, your credit card number is never stored on our server or in any place on the Internet. We do not even see your credit card number when the Camtech technology is used.
